For most families, their home is their largest financial asset, and deciding to sell it is a big decision that involves a lot of preparation and work. When you're ready to sell it's important to have an experienced real estate professional handle the details involved in the successful sale of a home for top dollar.

As an experienced professional who has helped many Bend and Central Oregon residents sell their homes, I know how to handle every aspect of the sales process - from strategically marketing and showcasing your home to making sure everything's signed, sealed and delivered by the closing date. 

What methods do I use to accomplish all of that?  The process begins by taking an in depth analysis of your home.  Second, it involves getting your property ready for the marketplace.  One effective skill that I use is 'Home Staging.'  I have personally trained under Barb Schwarz the creator of Home Staging.  I will assist you in making sure your home is ready to bring to the marketplace. 

Once your property is ready, the next step involves getting it the maximum amount of exposure.  That involves much more than putting the property in MLS and running some ads.  You need a real estate professional who has an in depth understanding of online marketing (80% of Buyers start their searches online) as well as the communication skills needed to write effective ads for your home.  Once a Buyer has been secured, my job is to orchestrate a smooth closing and handling any bumps that may come up along the way.  I don't believe the job is completed once your home is sold.  I can't wait to share with you all the goodies that come from choosing me as your Professional Agent.  So when you decide to sell your home, please contact me and let's get started!
