Explore the outer reaches of space at this University of Oregon facility located 1/2 hour outside of Bend.  there is also lots of passionate amateur astronomers that bring their individual telescopes out here.  Open to the public during summer months and a fun way to spend an evening contemplating your place in life.

The County Fairgrounds holds special events throughout the year including the County Fair.  Exhibitions are a central focus of this state of the art facility.

 This has got to be the biggest little Rodeo in the nation.  A Sisters tradition!

 

Sisters Downtown

There's no weblink for this but being a tourist as you walk through the Old Western shops of Sisters is alway a fun occassion.  Lots of unique shops with something for everyone.
